CONDITIONS A minimum of 20 persons is required, in order to receive the above package. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your date with the balance due 7 seven days prior to the function. Decorators and entertainments booked for this event must consult the hotel's Sales Department prior to finalizing service provided. Where, possible, the hotel will try to match the colour scheme with napkins, however, there will be an additional charge for other colours. The area is available for four (4) hours from the first guest's arrival. |
