Once you have selected your menu, the price includes:

  • Complimentary welcome fruit punch upon arrival of guests at the reception

  • Background music (CDs provided by bride/groom)

  • No charge for tables, table cloths, napkins, cutlery and crockery

  • Special discounted room rates for out-of-town and overseas guests attending the wedding.

CONDITIONS

The reception must consist of a minimum of 30 persons or more, in order to receive the above package.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the date of the wedding, with the balance due minimum seven days prior to the reception date.

Decorators and entertainments booked for the reception must consult the hotel's Food & Beverage Department prior to finalizing service provided.

*The hotel where possible will try and match the colour scheme with napkins, however there may be an additional charge for other colours

The area is available for four (4) hours from the first guest arrival.
