WEDDING PACKAGE I
Once you have selected your menu, the price includes: -
- Complimentary welcome fruit punch upon arrival of guests at the reception
- White Glove Service
- Day use room for Bride and Bridal party to get dressed
- Complimentary overnight stay for Bride & Groom on the night of the wedding & Turn Down Service
- Late Check Out if required (2:00p.m)
- Complimentary Continental Breakfast in the morning if required
- Complimentary background music
- No charge for tables, table cloths, napkins, cutlery and crockery
- Special discounted room rates for out of town guests and overseas guests attending the wedding.
CONDITIONS
The reception must consist of a minimum of 50 persons or more, in order to receive the above package.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the date of the wedding, with the balance due minimum seven days prior to the reception date.
Decorators and entertainments booked for the reception must consult the hotel's Food & Beverage Department prior to finalizing service provided.
*To receive a bottle of sparkling wine in room, the three or four course menu option must be selected.
*The hotel where possible will try and match the colour scheme with napkins; however there may be an additional charge for other colours.
The area is available for four (4) hours from the first guest arrival.
